Sorry for the lack of posts the past couple of days, I’ve been super busy with uni work & my mum visiting. Thankfully I’ve only got half a week of uni this coming week & my mid term break so I will be posting more. But right now I’m back to write my review on a few products from my “April – Haul” post, so if you haven’t already read it click here for part 1 & here for part 2.
Sephora charcoal micellar cleansing water:
This product surprised me, I had pretty low expectations for this product but it has turned out to be one of my favourite products. I’ve been using the Bioderma sensibio h20 micelle solution for close to 3 years now and never found the need to buy another brand but thought I’d try out the Sephora one. It’s been working out super well for me taking off my makeup easily & it smells better than the Bioderma one. (Not to mention the Sephora brand (100ml) retails for 9AUD while the Bioderma (100ml) retails for 20.99AUD)
Dr Dennis Gross alpha beta extra strength daily peel:
I was sooo excited to try this out! I got the 5 day pack and to be honest I don’t think 5 days is enough. I did see a slight improvement in my skin, my pimple scars got a little bit lighter & my skin is a lot less dry but I don’t exactly know if it’s because of this specific product (I like to think so) but like I said 5 days isn’t enough for me to see full on results with my stubborn skin, so I might get myself the 30 day pack & write another review on this product.
Banila co foam cleanser
So as you know I love the banila co oil cleanser & was quite excited to try out their new foam cleanser. The foam cleanser took of my makeup just as well as the oil cleanser which was what I was hoping. I did find that the foam cleanser was a lot more drying to the face so I would recommend this more for people with oily skin & for people with dry I definitely suggest you try out the oil cleanser because it’s incredible.
Skinfood argan oil repair treatment mask
Been absolutely loving this mask, it’s rich, creamy & it smells great. The consistency is quite similar to a body butter. I’ve used it three times this week & it’s made my hair so much softer. The smell of it is really nice, it’s not fruity or sweet it smells like a spa, I love it.
