My two go to’s…

Glamglow & Boscia are by far my top two brands at the moment. I’ve been using the Boscia luminizing black mask for over 3 years now and started trying some of their other products and became obsessed with the brand. I’ve resisted Glamglow masks just because the prices are a little high but with everyone talking about it I decided to give a small tub of their mask a go and just like Boscia, I became obsessed.

Growing up I never had much problem with my skin, it was never too oily or too dry and I hardly had breakouts. After graduating high school my skin got quite bad and I started breaking out, it felt as though I was getting a new pimple every other day. My mum would tell me never to put any products on my face and to let it breath but I always loved putting on masks. I decided to try out the Boscia Luminzing Black Mask after seeing it at Sephora. After a couple of weeks I started to notice that  my breakouts were not as frequent as it used to be. The mask does not leave my skin feeling dry which I find most peel off masks do, and it does not tug on the skin which I love.

After 3 years of using their peel off mask I decided to venture out and try their other products a couple of months ago and instantly fell in love.  Their hydrogel masks comes in 4 different varieties & all have different benefits:

  • Charcoal Pore-Miniminizing – Minimizes Pores, Purifies & Refines Texture (As seen in image above)
  • Sake Brightening – Brightens, Firms & Hydrates (Also seen in the image above)
  • Tsubaki Oil Deep Hydration – Replenishes, Softens & Deeply Hydrates
  • Wakame Firming – Firms, Smooths & Nourishes
  • Green Tea Mattifying – Mattifies, Soothes & Refreshes

I also tried out the Sake Brightening Hydrogel Eye Masks & the Black Charcoal Cleansing Cloth. I find both extremely soothing and I love the way it makes my skin feel after.

On the topic of masks, I also decided to try out the Glamglow’s masks. I first decided to buy the small Glamglow Powermud Dual Cleanse Treatment (the green tub) which acts as a mask and a gentle exfoliating cleanser. After just one use my skin felt the softest it has felt in a very long time. I then went on to buy the Gravitymud Firming Treatment which I have seen all over my Instagram. I was surprised at how light it felt whilst I was taking it off and how smooth my skin was after using it. I also decided to try out the Youthmud Tinglexfoliate treatment which is the Glamglows best seller. The mask made my skin look and feel incredible so I will definitely continue to use it.

Finally, the Glamglow supercleanse daily clearing cleanser, my new go to daily cleanser. The cleanser comes out in a thick mud like texture but turns very soap like once it is wet. Although it does not remove all of my make up the cleanser leaves my skin feeling refreshed and clean. It has a slight minty smell to it which is exactly what I need on a hot day here in Australia.
